You’ll arrive into Halifax Airport, pick up your rental car and head to Wolfville. If time permits, enjoy wine tasting at local wineries this afternoon.
Start this morning with a visit to Grand-Pré National Historic Site. Then stop by the Tangled Garden and this afternoon enjoy a hike at Blomidon Provincial Park or if you are really looking for a challenge, take on the 10 mile hike (roundtrip) to see stunning Cape Split.
Today you’ll travel to Digby. En route you can stop in Annapolis Royal to visit Fort Anne and the Annapolis Royal Historic Garden.
You’ll take the ferry from Digby, Nova Scotia to Saint John, New Brunswick. Upon arrival, travel to charming St. Andrews by the Sea, spend time exploring gorgeous Kingsbrae Gardens.

Today you can enjoys activities on the Bay of Fundy. Visit Ministers Island, this 500 acre island is only an island part time. At low tide, you can drive across the ocean floor to access the island. Today you can join a boat tour to go out on the Bay of Fundy for some whale watching.
Today you are going to travel to the vibrant, historic city of Saint John. Upon arrival start with a stop to see the Reversing Rapids and then this afternoon set out on a walking tour with UnCorked Tours to explore the city with tastings along the way.
Overnight Saint John
Today you’ll set out to explore more wonders of the Bay of Fundy. Spend time on the amazing Fundy Trail, where you can enjoy photo look outs, secluded beaches and watch the highest tides in the world. Also make sure you stop at the St. Martins Sea Caves today.
You’ll head back to Moncton today, and spend your time at the nearby Hopewell Rocks. Check the tide times and visit during high and low tides to witness the difference. During low tide walk the ocean floor around the flowerpot rocks.
You’ll make your way to Parrsboro today. En route visit Joggins Fossil Cliffs, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At low tide you can enjoy a guided walk along the ocean floor. Then head down the coast to enjoy Cape Chignecto Provincial Park, and then stop at Cape d’Or Lighthouse.
You’ll travel back to Halifax today to your downtown hotel, and enjoy exploring the city. Highlights include Citadel Hill, Halifax Public Gardens, Maritimes of the Atlantic Museum, and Pier 21.
