Here it is, step by step

  • Fill out the plan a trip form

Fill it out and be as detailed as possible about your clients. There’s space to send add more comments in there, don’t be shy, the more I know, the better.

  • Review and clarifying questions

I'll review all of the trip details, and if the trip is a good fit for what I do, I'll get to work! I'll reach out for any clarifying questions and keep you in the loop on where I'm at in the process

  • Planning process

Once I have all the info I need, I'll be busy putting together a trip proposal. The average time for turn around on the first proposal is 2 days to a week, depending on the nature of the trip, timing, and availability. I will be in touch if there are any additional questions along the way.

  • Proposal review

I’ll send over your itinerary link for you to review with your clients. Go over everything and give me your feedback. If any revisions necessary, I’ll get back to the planning process and work on those changes, and send your updated itinerary as soon as it’s ready.

  • Booking

Love the itinerary? Then it’s time to book, I’ll send you your invoice via email. Standard payment policy is a 25% payment at booking, with balance due 60 days out. If a different policy applies, you’ll know in advance, all payment terms are included on each itinerary. It’s best to complete your deposit as soon as possible, as no services or accommodations are held until payment received. All itineraries are subject to availability, which means if you love it, you should lock it in.

  • Documents

You’ll get vouchers and details for all of the bookings by 30 days before your trip. If you are booking within 30 days of travel, they’ll be sent to you as soon as possible. They’ll be added to your itinerary link, and you’ll be able to download everything you need directly from there, easy peasy.

  • Commission

After client travel, it's for you to get paid so I'll mail out your commission check
