I’ll wait for you to answer all questions. Please note that work does not begin until all information is received. Once I have everything I need, I will give you an estimated timeline, but typically you’ll receive the proposal in 3 business days.
After you send to your client, I’ll wait for feedback and will follow up periodically. Once you have feedback, send it over and we can address any revisions. Expect a 2 business day turnaround, once all information is received.
To book, I require a 25% deposit. No accommodations or services will be held or booked until payment is received. I’ll send you an invoice, and payment can be completed directly on that invoice. Final balance will be do 60 days prior to travel. If travel is within 60 days, full payment is required at time of booking.
All documents are e-docs, North & Leisure is a paperless office. Docs will be added to the itinerary by 30 day prior to travel. They can be downloaded directly from the itinerary.
I automatically include 12% commission into all packages. If you prefer a net rate, please advise. Commission is sent out after client travel. Checks are mailed out on the 15th & 30th of each month.
