By completing payment you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.

Planning Fee Policy:  To reserve the services of North & Leisure, the contract must be signed and a non-refundable and non-transferable planning fee of $500.00 is due.  The planning fee is to ensure we are paid for our time whether or not you finalize your booking with us. This covers our time in consultation, research, and itinerary creation.

Our standard policies are as follows, please see your custom itinerary for your payment , revision and cancellation policy. 

Payment Policy: 

To book this package we require a 25% non-refundable deposit or the amount specified on your itinerary. Final balance will be due 60 days prior to the first day of service booked. If travel is within 60 days, full payment is required at time of booking. Failure to complete payment on time will result in the cancellation of services.

No accommodation or other service will be held or booked until payment is received. All itineraries are subject to availability. 

In the event that any portion of the proposed is unavailable at time of booking, North & Leisure will make comparable alternative arrangements.

Confirmation of Services:

North and Leisure will confirm hotels and key services once deposit is received. Other services will be confirmed after final payment is received. 

Documents:

All documents and vouchers will be added to the itinerary a month prior to travel, but no later than 2 weeks prior to travel. Documents are e-docs, that you can download or print.

Cancellation: 

All cancellations must be made in writing to North and Leisure. The penalty timeline is based on the time we receive your request in writing. Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

60 days or more, 25% of the total trip cost.

31 - 59 days, 50% of total trip cost.

30 days or less, 100% of total trip cost.

Revisions:

If you would like to change any details of your booking after it has been confirmed, more than 30 days prior to travel, we will do our best to accommodate. There is a revision fee of $100. Within 30 days of travel there is a revision fee of $100 for each individual reservation.

Once in destination, any ‘In-Country’ change requests will be subject to a revision fee of $150 for each individual reservation that is altered.

Please note that North & Leisure cannot guarantee that such alterations will be possible. Client is responsible for any and all costs associated with any changes. 

Insurance:

We strongly recommend travel insurance. Failure to obtain insurance is the responsibility of the traveler. All cancellation policies are firm and penalties will apply.

Responsibility:

North & Leisure does not own or operate any property or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground operators, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors.

North & Leisure does not accept any liability for any loss, claim damages (direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including but not limited to lost profit or lost savings), accident, delay, omission or act whether negligent or otherwise on the part of a supplier of facilities for travel or any representative, employee, agent or servant of a supplier of facilities for travel.
